“After my Dad passed away, Kim and her team were exactly what I needed to help me organize the contents of his condo and move to charity the things I knew the family didn’t want and were not able to be auctioned. Then the shutdown hit, and 5 months later, she was right there to first mark and physically separate the auction house and family stuff from the remaining charity stuff and then make the second charity run. Most valuable of all, she and her team used phone and pictures to do the second stint without me having to be there in person, so I could continue to protect my immuno-compromised family.
